Meet Gabrielle Ramage, LMSW

Gabrielle “Gabby” Ramage is a Licensed Master Social Worker providing therapy to adolescents and young adults across New York State through both in-person and telehealth services. Gabby is passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression—especially those navigating questions of identity, self-worth, and belonging.

Gabby feels deeply called to work with clients from diverse and marginalized backgrounds, including low-income individuals, adolescents, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She believes that every person holds incredible strength and potential, even when life experiences have made it hard to see. Her goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported as they begin (or continue) their healing journey.

Much of Gabby’s work centers on helping clients who want to do the “inner work” but aren’t sure where to start. She frequently supports individuals who struggle with people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, feeling responsible for others’ emotions, and navigating complex family dynamics or major life transitions. For clients with trauma histories, Gabby focuses on rebuilding a sense of safety, self-trust, and emotional regulation—always honoring each person’s unique pace and process.

Gabby brings a calm, grounded, and compassionate presence into the therapy space. She takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach, drawing from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her work is collaborative and flexible, meeting clients where they are while helping them develop insight, emotional skills, and healthier relationships with themselves and others.

At the heart of Gabby’s work is a deep belief that healing happens in spaces rooted in compassion, curiosity, and safety. She is honored to walk alongside her clients as they make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and fulfilling.
